The Unity Farm Stand and Market provides local and sustainably grown produce, ensures access to nutrient dense foods, fosters community building and enhances the social aspect of community building. It is the main mobile market for Hand, Heart, and Soul Project. The Hand, Heart, and Soul Project hosts the Unity Farm Stand and Market at various locations through the months April-November.
